Appetizers:
• $2ea Mini Mexican taco dip (cup layered with black beans, guac, sour cream, queso fresco & topped with a nacho chip)
• Guacamole Bar $8pp set up where guac is made to order fresh and ingredients are as follows (tomatoes, onions cilantros and lime) servers with chips.
• Elotes $4ea Mexican cut corn served in a cup topped off with butter, mayo, cotija cheese and chili powder
• Tamales $2ea scratch made (pollo en salsa verde, puerco en salsa roja & rajas con queso)
Tacos $3ea
• Tacos are served on corn or flour tortilla topped with your choice of grilled steak, shredded chicken or pulled pork topped off with lettuce, pico de gallo (tomato, onion and cilantro medley) and queso fresco (fresh crumbled cheese)
Specialty tacos $4ea
• Adobada: taco served on a corn tortilla topped off with a hand marinated char broiled steak topped with only cilantro and onions
• Barbacoa: taco served on corn tortilla topped off with cheek meat which slow cooks in banana leaves for approx 3 hours (melt in your mouth) topped off with cilantro & onion only)
• Cochinita Pibil: taco served in a corn tortilla topped with a Yucatan style pork butt slow cooked in maguey leaves for approx 2 hours topped off with pickled onions & chiles manzanos
• Tinga: taco served on corn tortilla topped off work shredded chicken made in a chipotle sauce with seasoned onions & bay leaves topped with sour cream and cheese
• Tilapia: taco served on a flour tortilla topped off with grilled tilapia fillet topped with fresh pico de gallo (medley of tomato, cilantro and onion) and a delicious mango salsa
• Aguacate: veggie taco meatless served on a corn tortilla topped off with a black bean spread, avocado slices, creamy cilantro salsa and sour cream & cheese
• Carnitas: braised pulled pork served on a corn tortilla topped with cilantro & onions.
Quesadillas
$4ea served a large flour tortilla stuffed with melted chihuahua cheese only
$6 filled cheese and choice of meat (steak, shredded chicken, pulled pork or grilled veggies)
$8 filled with your choice of meat, shredded lettuce, fresh pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños and sour cream
Please keep in mind our menu is very extensive and these are our most popular menu items but have much more. Although we have offer different options our most popular is a traditional taquiza aka (taco bar)
